Social media analytics & reporting.

Every platform hands you a hundred numbers and no answers. We turn the data into a monthly report that says what worked, what did not, what it earned the business, and exactly what to change next month.

The problem & the fix

Drowning in metrics, starving for answers.

The problem

Reach went up, engagement went down, followers grew, and nobody can say whether the month was good. Reports get skimmed, decisions get made on gut feel anyway, and the same content mistakes repeat quarterly.

Our solution

One report, built around your goals: the few numbers that matter, trends over vanity spikes, social traced to website visits and enquiries, and a written verdict with next month's changes on the first page.

What did social earn you last month, in one sentence? If that is hard to answer, start here.

What we do

Reporting services.

From platform exports to decisions, monthly.

Monthly performance reports

The month in numbers that matter, benchmarked against your history, not someone else's highlight reel.

Business-impact tracking

UTM links and analytics connecting social to website visits, enquiries, and sales, where it is honestly traceable.

Content post-mortems

Which posts, formats, and pillars pulled their weight, and the pattern behind the winners.

Competitor benchmarks

How your share of the conversation moves against the accounts you actually compete with.

Live dashboards

A Looker Studio dashboard for the numbers you want on demand between reports.

Next-month recommendations

Every report ends with specific changes: more of this, less of that, test this. Then next month checks the call.

Not sure which of these you need? We will map it with you in a free call.

How we work

Our reporting rhythm.

Setup once, then a monthly loop of measure, verdict, adjust.

01Define the metrics that map to your goals
02Set up tracking, UTMs, and the dashboard
03Gather and clean the month's data
04Write the verdict and recommendations
05Review together and set next month's plan
Why choose GAP3

Why our reports get read.

A report that changes nothing is a PDF. Ours are built to be acted on.

A verdict, not a dump

The first page says whether the month was good and why, in sentences. Charts support, not substitute.

Tied to the business

Social gets connected to visits and enquiries where honest, and we say plainly where it cannot be.

Trends over spikes

One viral post is weather. We report the climate: the three-month direction of what matters.

Recommendations with receipts

Every "do more of this" is checked against results the following month, in the same report.

Reporting fits when.

Monthly reports exist but change nothing Leadership asks what social earns and gets shrugs An agency reports followers while sales stay flat Platform dashboards are checked, then forgotten Budget decisions on social are made on feel

FAQ

Reporting questions, answered.

The few metrics tied to your goals, their trend over months, the best and worst content with the reason why, business impact where traceable, and specific recommendations. If it does not end in decisions, it is decoration.

Depends on the goal. For most businesses: reach within the target audience, saves and shares, profile actions, link clicks, and enquiries. Follower count alone is the least useful number platforms show you.

Partly, honestly. UTM links, landing pages, and analytics trace the clicks and enquiries; the brand-building effect shows up as trends rather than line items. We report both and never pretend the second is the first.

Numbers that feel good but drive no decision: raw follower counts, likes from outside your market, impressions without context. They appear in our reports only when they explain something real.

Interactions divided by reach or followers, and it matters as a trend on your own account. Comparing your rate to global benchmarks mostly produces anxiety, so we benchmark you against you.

Yes, as context: posting cadence, formats that work for them, and share of the conversation. Competitors are a compass, not a scoreboard.

Yes. A live dashboard covers the daily curiosity, and the monthly report adds the judgement a dashboard cannot.

Yes, and it is often revealing. We rebuild the numbers from platform data and tell you what was real, what was inflated, and what was missing.

Included with our management plans, or standalone as a monthly service with a one-time tracking setup. Priced flat, agreed upfront.
